1. Cheetos are very addictive.

There's a reason why it's difficult to stop yourself from breaking into a bag once you start eating Cheetos. According to a University of Oxford study, the central nervous system associates crunchy sounds with freshness, so you may be led to believe that what you're eating is more appealing than it is. Well, there is this thing called dwindling calorie intensity, which deceives your mind into thinking you're not receiving enough of the sugary treat. Because food melts on your tongue, your brain believes you're not consuming many calories.

2. There are several flavors of Cheetos.

While there are some unusual flavors, there are those that are simply bizarre, such as Budweiser, cherry, vinegar, and Chinese beef, which are available in Asia. Sweetos, a spice and sugar munch flake that's available in the spring and doesn't taste like the cheese crunch we're familiar with, was also created by the brand.

3. There are cosmetics made from Cheetos.

Both powder and ascent were offered and purchased online during the past festive seasons, though they are no longer available on the Cheetos web page. The bronzer was creamy and orange, but it tasted and smelled nothing at all like butter. The odor, however, was said to comprise hand-extracted butter oils, so it appears that the name Chateau was spot on.

4. Cheetos are going to save your life.

Particularly, when there is no fuel available. Try using Cheetos to keep a fire going next time you're camping or doing a science experiment. We found a true hero that bravely set fire to a treasured box of Cheetos to demonstrate it.

5. The origin of the "Cheetos" name

There seems to be no clear answer for how Cheetos got their name, but some speculate that it is a reference to Fritos. Because Cheetos were initially conceived from Fritos' additives, the term "Cheetos" likely stems from the fact that they may be cheesy Fritos.

6. Cheetos are one of the most loved snacks.

Cheetos are widely purchased by people worldwide. The most recent popular buyers are the Indians, who love them so much that they have been imported in large quantities by snack companies like the Snackstar Company.
